A gripping, bold blend with high tannins and dry mouthfeel, this wine has a palate of dark chocolate, mocha, and espresso complemented by notes of strawberry for a holistic sip. This Spanish wine should be drank with beef, veal or grilled dark meat chicken. Additionally would go splendidly with a demanding pasta dish with full tomatoes and a bolognese hearty sauce.
