A blend of 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine undergoes cold maceration, fermentation in thermo-regulated vats, and 10 months of aging in French oak.
The result is a limpid ruby wine with a juicy nose of red berries and violet, followed by fig, blackcurrant, and star anise. The palate is fresh, balanced, and elegant with fine tannins and a clean finish.
