From Chile's Central Valley, where steady sunshine meets cooling Pacific breezes, this light-bodied Sauvignon Blanc shows off the grape's signature freshness. Cool stainless-steel fermentation preserves its lively aromatics. Pale greenish-yellow in the glass, it opens with bright citrus and blossom, followed by grapefruit, lime zest and wet-stone minerality on a dry, persistent finish. Inspired by the Patagonian gauchos who work Chile's rugged southern landscape alongside their horses and their trusty lazo, or lasso, this wine captures the untamed spirit of Chilean terroir. Crafted by winemaker Patricio Lucero, it's delightful on its own or with herb-tossed salads, grilled shrimp, seafood or thinly sliced prosciutto. Serve chilled at 48–50°F. 12.5% ABV, 750ml.
